Plant Guarantee

Our Guarantee

1. We are so confident our plants are good quality we are pleased to guarantee them for 12 months from date of purchase.
2. On receipt of plants any complaint should be made verbally within 24 hrs of consignment and in writing no later than 7days after delivery/collection.
3. If you are unhappy with your plants during the 12 months following receipt please notify A Hill & Sons in writing to enquiries@hillandsons.co.uk.
4. A Hill & Sons accepts no responsibility of any kind for replacement plants if damage has been caused by flood, drought, frost, improper care and maintenance, poor soil conditions, vermin, vandalism etc.  
5. A Hill & Sons liability for plants supplied is limited to the replacements of those plants or a refund of the price paid and takes no responsibility of the cost of replanting failed plants.
